i don't know who made them or where they come from (i'm guessing south america somewhere from the llamas or alpacas and the style of dress on the peeps). they are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO wicked cool though. there are two of them. they're covered by glass (hence the reflection of the flash). they're also pretty big. a few feet wide by a few feet high.
