i love bread and i love MAKING bread. i've not made it in a while though. perhaps this weekend. we'll see. NO ONE made better bread (in the entire universe) than my aunt iona. the crust was perfect, the crumb was perfect. the TASTE was sublime. i know she used absolutely NO salt in her bread. don't know why, just know that's how she did
