they're simple knitted beaded necklaces. the HARD and LONG part (well long not so much hard) is stringing ALL of the beads prior to knitting them up.
i did them on s-lon cord
(note: i just started a NEW one, same deal only i'm using 38g wire instead. it's a bit more of a chore and the effect is a bit different as well)
